I don't do custom work. I don't accept fabric or ideas.
I don't do portraits of your cat.
I can do a very small change to an existing listing, such as a shorter tail, or a change to 1 of the 4 eyes colours I stock.
I can put any colour of eyes shown in drop-downs, or odd-colour eyes, or one eye only.
I cannot do a whole new design, such as a wholly different animal.

I make and mail promptly, but in these Covid days , no postal system can guarantee delivery dates.
If your order goes astray in the postal system, which rarely happens, wait 60 days from the expected arrival date . It will then be refunded or shipped again.
If there is proof of delivery (signature, tracking) then a "not received" parcel may be a case of porch theft for which I am not responsible. You should then file a police report or contact Etsy Help.
